General Concert Information

Personal Needs
At times we travel with a merchandise manager, who helps us with set-up, tear down and the selling of product. We consider him as part of the ministry and would appreciate including him in any of the requests made for water, food, etc.

Water
Room temperature and chilled bottled water would be appreciated before and during the venue.

Food
For 5 (band + merchandise manager):
Healthy food is preferred (i.e. sandwiches, fruit, veggies, etc.). The band prefers juices and teas for beverages. If only soda is available - Coke & Dr. Pepper. Per diems are also an option (please allow for around $10 per person).

Prayer
The band likes to spend some time alone in prayer for the event as well as with the other bands and/or ministry staff inlvolved.

Sales
The band requests at least one 8' foot table for selling of product. They are equipped with a 12' wide merchandise display that requires an electrical outlet accessible to the display. In case merchandise manager is not available, the band requests a volunteer that is capable of selling merchandise and handling money.

Special Requests
Message and Ministry
Brian from the band is also available with prior notice to give a short message and altar call (if applicable to the setting). The band values this as a very important time of ministry opportunity!

Praise/Worship/Accoustic
Shadowbox Puppets are available to lead worship if prior request is made. They are equipped for a 20-30 minute worship set. Acoustic sets are also available with prior notification.
